It can be very costly to take care of a growing puppy so make sure before you purchase that you can afford him or her.

Remember I have brought him into this world and given him loving care right up to the minute he/she leaves me. I never leave my mothers side when in labor spending most of my day and night on the floor right beside her helping her to bring her babies into this world. This produces a very strong bond between me and my puppies, mum's and dad's and it is very hard some times to see them leave me. So stop a minute and think of his first ever mom being me and let me know how he is doing after he/she leave me.

Tell me about the guarantee

If your puppy should develop a hereditary or genetic condition during and up to one year of age you will be given a new puppy when one becomes available. Still allowing you to keep your first puppy. Some breeders policy is for you to return the puppy before you are given a new one. This can make the situation for owner and pet very stressful. We do not do this as we know that you have bonded with your puppy already and it would be like giving up your child in some instances.

We do our utmost to provide you the purchaser with a perfect puppy all the time by screening all our puppies before they leave us . Our adults are checked yearly for any problems that may arise and if they did we would remove them from our breeding program and they would be placed in a family pet home.

If any problems arise with in the one year of our health guarantee such as hip dysplasia, von Wilobrands, SA or PRA/cataracts, the puppy will be exchanged free of charge with proper documentation.

Umbilical Hernia's are quite common in the Cavalier breed . If found and does not close by six months it can be repaired by your vet at the time of spaying or neutering. In some cases it can close on its own by six months. This will be on your contract for you to see and your attention will be brought it it when signing.

If surgery is required to close a small hernia at spaying a total sum of Fifty Dollars refund will be sent to you on receipt of documentation by your vet stating this has been performed..

It is understood if the puppy is purchased as a family companion and pet, it will not be used for breeding the price will reflect in this contract..

The puppy shall be spayed or neutered at the expense of the new owner by six months of age. Documentation must be sent to me the breeder stating this has been done no later than seven months. Failure to do so will incur a penalty.

All puppies are sold with limited registration. Full registration will be granted for approved puppies sold to committed breeders who have made their intentions know before the sale.

So many people tell me they would like their children to see puppies born. My reply is show your children a video this is not a good enough reason to put your females life at risk in unqualified hands.

I am saddened when I hear stories about people trying to breed then putting the dog on the porch to deliver her pups in the cold believe me they do .Then wondering why they have lost the litter it is much harder and more expensive than you can ever imagine breeding and raising a litter. In unqualified hands can become very dangerous. I can tell you some horror stories of people that have called me in the night for help because they have panicked and do not know what to do.

Dew claws are only removed from the back legs on all puppies as this is a very painful procedure for the puppies. Often crying and huddling together for a few hours after it has be done.

I will not cover this under the guarantee because of this reason. If you discover a dew claw that has grown back it can be removed by your vet at the time of spaying.

Do I have to have the puppy checked when arriving home?.

Yes you should for your own sake. Although all puppies are evaluated by our vet it is good policy to have your own vet look at the puppy on arrival

In our contract we give you four days to do this. It is best to make your appointment before your puppy arrives home as in most cases it will arrive at the week end .

I as a breeder am very honest and up front with every one regardless of who you are .

My first ever puppy was a disaster in the making I loved her unconditionally with all of her faults and to me she was the queen of hearts. I vowed that I would never knowingly let a puppy leave me if it had a problem.

What happens if I cannot keep my puppy for some reason

We as the breeder will take any puppy or dog back if you find that you cannot continue to look after them but no monies will exchange hands.

Due to Landlord disputes allergy problems or just plain changing your mind after taking your puppy home we will take back the puppy but no monies will exchange hands.

What do you not guarantee

I cannot guarantee size I can tell you the size of the mother and father and give you a good estimate of what the puppy might be..

If you drop or harm your puppy in any way you will not be covered by this guarantee.

All spaying and neutering will be the responsibility of the new owner. Any extra monies incurred during this procedure will be paid for by owner and not by seller.

Is my deposit returnable

Yes. With in 72 hours from sending out your deposit .

Deposit to hold a puppy is $300

Once the deposit is paid and the 72 hours have expired; refunds will be given only if a chosen gender is specified and is unavailable.

by placing this deposit it does not guarantee you pick of the litter but you will be placed in line to choose your puppy behind any other buyers that have placed deposits prior to this date .

Can I take my puppy home at seven weeks

Absolutely not

Our puppies do not leave us until they are at least 10 to 12 weeks of age and the smaller even longer.

The mother has so much to teach her puppies that you cannot rush her out.

Most of my mother are still in with their babies at seven weeks and some breeds like the Maltese are so late at cutting their teeth it is even longer.

This is why our puppies cannot leave before 10 to 12 weeks of age. We want all of our puppy buyers to have a great well balanced puppy .
